New Player Information(updated 2/11/12)

  • Mixed Doubles-Women looking for a team
  • Mixed Doubles-Men looking for a team

We encourage Captains to contact new players and invite them to a practice. New players often bring new energy to the team, and having more players (and teams) ultimately helps the league  Many of these players have played in other areas, so you may find your next star!

When you want to have a new player sign up, give them your team number and direct them to our "Step-by-Step" page for details.

Team Management

Here is a valuable resource for managing your team:

eTennisTeam  is a free interactive web site that offers easy setup, and nice features such as entering team roster, opponents, match schedules, practices and results. You can even upload photos and keep a blog just for your team. (We have not been paid for this, we have just found it helpful for several years.)

Grievances

We strive to adhere to the good sportsmanship guidelines of tennis, but there may be times when we must report some type of poor behavior by a player, team or captain. Use this form if you need to file a grievance for sportsmanship.

Please consult with Lori by email or by phone prior to filing any grievance.

NTRP Issues

Use these forms for the following NTRP Issues:

  • Self-Rate Eligibility Grievance form
  • Medical Appeal form & Instructions
  • Medical Appeal Procedures Q&A

Helpful Tip

Share the costs: There are a few ways to have your team mates share the costs for each league. You decide what works best.

  • Have each team player pay an equal share of costs for courts and balls for the whole season, no matter how many times they play a match
  • Have each player either bring balls or pay for that day's match costs when they play (home and away)
  • Pay for all the courts and balls during the season and, at the end, bill everyone who played a match for their share of the total costs
  • Calculate expected total costs in advance, and divide it among the total number of "match players" to get a "per match" cost. Each player then pays you that amount at each match, while you pay for courts and provide balls.
