Everyone must now create an "account" with TennisLink. From this page, you may set up an account using your existing USTA membership, or create an account without a membership. If you have a membership, but don't know the number or password, this page will offer to send them to you.
Check the bottom of the page for the current special offer for new members or renewals.

Players' ratings may be changed at the end of each year, based on several factors. You may submit an "auto appeal" for a lower rating online, and if it is within certain parameters, your appeal will be granted.
Players with a "B" (benchmark) designation may not appeal their rating.

If your rating was not granted, there is nothing else that can be done. It means your rating is not within the range to be changed.
Self-Rated players who wish to appeal their rating lower must submit their appeal by mail, using this form.
